It’s not music from a preacher; it’s raw, self-aware reflection from someone genuinely trying to navigate just like the rest of us.

I expected this Dave album to be powerful, but man, I didn’t expect this…

No hit-chasing songs, no algorithm friendly songs, and minimal commercial appeal.

Dave’s music has always come with a message, but it’s clear he’s at a point now where he could care less about numbers, and is choosing to deliver strictly just value and purpose through his art.

He could make more Sprinters, Locations, Clashs, Thiago Silvas, Verdansks, Trojan Horses, and Starlights, but he chooses message and impact over sales and monetary gain.

I’ve been striving to creatively move this way this last year specifically, and it’s been leading to peace of mind, a sense of purpose, and a clearer vision on focusing on the things that are truly important. And after just 1 listen, this Dave album felt like the embodiment of that sentiment, and I love that.

I can’t wait to dive deeper with more listens.

The Rwandan delegation in Washington DC this week was ready to sign the Regional Economic Integration Framework (REIF), which benefits both our countries and the region. We are puzzled by the DRC's last-minute decision not to sign the agreement, given the positive atmosphere of the negotiations during which the text of the REIF was finalized, and the diligent mediation work of Senior Advisor Massad Boulos and the State Department.

On the Peace Agreement, specifically the neutralization of the DRC-backed FDLR and Rwanda lifting defensive measures accordingly, the DRC had refused to proceed until specific actions agreed this past Wednesday during the Joint Oversight Committee meeting, as outlined in the communiqué. https://t.co/ITxB82S6gx

Rwanda believes in the peace agreement and in the approach of the US mediation, and hope that the REIF will eventually be signed. The peace process must succeed. It is the best chance for stability and economic
development for our region.
