@VirginMedia My elderly mum cancelled TV & was promised an engineer to disconnect her box (she can’t do it herself). No one turned up. She was then told it didn’t need returning yet now gets texts demanding it back, plus emails to my late father.
This has caused real distress!

@bigfinish Thanks for the apology Jason. The new app seems to be working ok now, my most recent purchases appeared on it when I pulled down to refresh. So there was a wait, but now I can access the content I couldn’t during the wait, is it a good idea to roll back again risk further delays?

@BBCSport If the best third placed teams are from groups A C D and E (which they are as things stand) then England will face the third placed team from group D ie this one, if we win our group. In other words, Netherlands could be England’s second round opponent if they lose this game.
