@SklarBrothers Gentlemen! DPT and @danielvankirk fan from the pod’s jump! Just 2 cents from an (aging) atty - a not guilty plea does not mean “innocent.” It’s a legal term of art that formally shifts the burden of proof to the prosecution to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. 1/2
