Otherwise, pls ensure that we have power supply that's in tandem to what we're being extorted/charged for, if that's nt a big deal for IKEDC.

We demand an adjustment to our tariff (and refunds) that reflects the now less than 10hours of power supply by IKEDC  since Jan 1, 2024.

@AdedayoAdeyemi1 @NERCNG @IkejaElectric This entitles us to a minimum of 22 hours of daily electricity supply, subject to T&C's.
Now that @BabatundeIrukera (former FCCPC boss) is no longer there to intercede on behalf of customers, perhaps IKEDC had retracted to their former ways.

@AdedayoAdeyemi1 @NERCNG @IkejaElectric each band (tariff plan) has a specific number of hours of light they are expected to have. In fact, our current tariff band A-MD2 means we are expected to pay N59.30/KWh in 2024 (if not already adjusted to a higher rate die to inflation).

@NERCNG unfair treatment by @IkejaElectric in Shangisha Magodo. Wit tarrif of abt N75/kwh. The supply epilepsy has increased in the last 2 and half wk. Now supply goes off btn 7pm &7.30pm till past 1am regularly. As I type dis, no supply. Dis is below bar & we need urgent solutn.

@GOtvNg @SportingLagos Your rubbish is too much. Everytime my subscription expires I have to be waiting for days to renew or looking for alternatives to recharge becos ur App is always down. I set my payment to auto-renewal but I will still have to go thru the stress of subscription every month.
