PROP3 Platform Progress Update
Our blockchain integration and database are now 99% connected.
We currently have 10 simulated wallets running on the test net, each seeded with 1 ETH, actively buying, selling, offering, and listing NFT properties. These transactions help us:
🔸 Automatically verify backend consistency and error handling
🔸Generate real, usable on-chain data for developing a true order book
🔸Validate that our data capture points collect everything needed for auditing and securities compliance
On Monday, we'll complete UI integration, allowing users to interact with the marketplace just like they would in the live version.

This week marks the completion of Week 2 of our Qatar accelerator program, and it's been a productive and energizing week.
We're also pleased to share steady progress across all planned goals for PROP3 platform development:
Authentication System
🔸 User registration is now fully functional with JWT-based authentication
🔸 Secure login flow implemented
🔸 Custodial wallets are automatically created for new users upon successful registration
🔸 All protected API endpoints are now properly secured
Blockchain Connectivity
🔸 Backend now connects directly to the blockchain and our NFT and Marketplace Contracts
🔸 We can successfully read NFT, Marketplace, and user data from the chain
🔸 Contract interaction testing has begun
Next week, we'll focus on linking all backend functions to blockchain API calls. Once completed, we'll create 20 bot wallets to simulate a live trading environment of NFT buying and selling within the marketplace.
PROP3 Update - Qatar Pre-Accelerator Demo
We're sharing a preview of the Qatar-compliant PROP3 app demo currently in development as part of the Qatar Pre-Accelerator Program.
The application now includes much of the planned functionality and continues to progress steadily.
Next development priorities include:

🔸 Implementation of property buying and selling features
🔸 Establishment of the legal and compliance framework to support transactions
These steps will bring PROP3 closer to providing a complete and compliant real estate platform tailored to the Qatar market.
HOME3 in One of the Most Selective Fintech Pre-Accelerators
Our pre-accelerator journey officially kicked off yesterday, and it's worth noting just how selective this program really is.
Out of 350+ applicants, only 13 startups were chosen.
The program is known for its rigorous multi-stage selection, with acceptance rates around 2–5%, comparable to world-class accelerators.
Startups must show strong MVP readiness, a clear path to scaling in Qatar and the wider MENA region, and alignment with strategic fintech themes, all reviewed by panels from QDB, QCB, and QFC, alongside partners like Kearney.
We're proud to be part of this cohort, surrounded by founders building the next generation of fintech innovation across the region.

Meanwhile, our Qatar team joined the 3rd Real Estate Forum this week, a key gathering shaping the future of Qatar's property and investment landscape.
It was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore how technology and innovation are driving the country’s real estate evolution.

🔸NFT creation flow: implementing the logic and UI for tokenizing properties as NFTs, enabling rapid and transparent asset generation.

We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to join the Qatar FinTech Hub Pre-Acceleration Program 2025.
The program will put us on the map in the Middle East and support us to register legally in Qatar as our Headquarters. It will also accelerate our development and open many doors to investors. The future is bright for HOME3!

On September 24, @Home3Suite delivered a strong presentation to a distinguished panel of 15 investment professionals representing leading banks and financial institutions in the region.
The project was selected for the second round, which took place last Wednesday and went very well.
Now the team should hear back from them mid next week. If selected, they will go through a several-weeks program that will provide paid-for support on:
1- Product development
2- Regulatory and legal framework
3- Investor readiness
At the end of the program, they will give a presentation during a demo day and meet with investors, including Qatar Development Bank 🔥
