@AXS_UK it is unacceptable not to have a contact channel working at the time of the events you are selling tickets for. I can't log into my account as I am redirected to support on the main page constantly and told the password is not correct after 2 rests.

@VodafoneIreland are you aware that some of your numbers are being used by overseas scamming call centers who are attempting to extract PII and card information? Do you have a process in place to report and investigate these numbers?

Armon and I founded a company valued in the multiple billions that employs over 1,300 people that all work from home. Me, my co-founder, our CEO are all in diff states. So this is a self-serving take from someone who provides office space.
@RockingKeats@MatJovanovic That is a good approach but can sometimes seem sales orientated - "tell me our budget so I can make sure I will suggest something that will use it all up". Here we go into ethics and putting the customer first, long term relationships etc. As most things, it always depends.
