@dabearsblog Makes sense to cast a wide net. Limited openings plus an attractive position means coaches will take the call, while the Bears would benefit from hearing from different experiences and perspectives regarding CW’s development and the roster in general.

@WxLiz Ascent chocolate plant protein powder, almond (or oat) milk (we use Trader Joe’s brands), peanut butter, frozen banana…that’s the basic, additions could be two scoops avocado and/or cinnamon and cayenne for a little spice

@dabearsblog Difference with Poles vs coaching staff (IMO) is Poles rightfully stripped it down to the studs before last year and that takes a few years to rebuild the foundation with young guys. Coaching staff is about can you coach up those guys and that’s where I have questions.
