오늘의 수영: 인터벌자유영을 하니 점심이 꿀맛이구나(같이 점심먹는 외래쌤 왈, 오늘 병식 최악ㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

수영3일차… 배영배우는데 있어 필라테스의호흡과 수영의호흡이 상충하여… 키판잡소 팔 젓는데 코로 물이 계속들어와 패닉하다😵‍💫얼굴이 밖에 나와있는 상태라 그런지 편한호흡(코로 들이마쉬고 입으로 뱉기)을 저절로 하게되는게 문제인 듯

'사우나 중독 사십살 아저씨의 사우나 추천템'

지난번 후쿠오카 갔을 때 로프트(Loft)에서 샀어야 했는데, 결국 못 사고 와서 직구로 질러버린 고릴랙스 사우나 모자.

일본 온천 가면 하나씩 쓰고 있던 바로 그 제품. 목욕 용품 전문 브랜드인데 3만 원대에 퀄리티가 꽤 괜찮음. 🦍🧖‍♂️
