Ingredients:
2 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 medium onion
12 pack Hawaiian rolls
4 tbsp Ben’s heffer dust
4 tbsp AB’s white sauce
24 oz freshly shredded Yellow and White cheddar cheese
2 oz melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1.Burning the mesquite pellets, preheat recteq to 450°F. Place sear kit, flat side up inside grill on right hand side.
2.Julienne onion and place on sear kit. Season with Ben’s heifer dust and cook until onion starts to sweat.
https://t.co/ML1onu9FJ8 ground beef in gallon zip top bag and flatten meat evenly creating 1 large patty. Remove from bag and season with Ben’s rub and throw on top of onions. Allow to cook until 155°F. Flipping half way.
4.Butter the inside of your baking dish and set aside. While keeping the buns intact slice and separate the top from the bottom buns. Spread Ab’s white sauce evenly on the inside of both buns. Place bottom bun inside dish.
5.Remove patty with onions and place onto bottom buns. Turn recteq down to 375°F. Cover patty with cheese and cover with top bun. Brush melted butter on top buns and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

7.Remove from dish, cut individually, and enjoy.
