@EricEstepp17 Something I’ve noticed in F1 after getting into it this year, is the cars not only change between seasons, but between races. Teams have to build within parameters but can modify and experiment. NASCAR is obsessed with making these cars identical, and they identically suck.

@S1apSh0es I’d love to see a rule stating something like “Once the leader has entered Turn 4 (or the final turn in non-traditional ovals) on the final lap, Cautions will no longer freeze the field and the race will continue”. It’ll never happen, but we can dream.

@S1apSh0es What if we kept overtime, but made it 5 laps instead of 2 (maybe 10 at short tracks), with only a single restart? No more unlimited GWCs. Maybe a few extra laps will make guys think about being too aggressive on the restart and forcing another restart.

@ChrisMartzWX I’ve always found it odd that the “science” shows how the Earth has been drastically different at various points throughout geologic time, but signs of it still changing are suddenly catastrophic. The Earth and its inhabitants will carry on, just like they always have.

@S1apSh0es I can understand modifying cars, it’s personal expression and can be quite fun, but lifting trucks to the heavens and slamming cars to the asphalt just makes no sense to me. “Ah, yes, I’d like this well-engineered vehicle to look weird and not function anymore, thanks!”. 🤦‍♂️
