@JSeyff@PhoenixTrades_ The imp part is over. Now just logistics. My guess is there’s only one round of comments on the S-1s. And during btc one round took two weeks ish. So I this mid June is certainly poss. Just a guess tho. We will see.
Update: @JSeyff and I are increasing our odds of spot Ether ETF approval to 75% (up from 25%), hearing chatter this afternoon that SEC could be doing a 180 on this (increasingly political issue), so now everyone scrambling (like us everyone else assumed they'd be denied). See Nate's tweet below for probably order of events (but again we capping at 75% until we see more, eg filing updates)
📈 On May 15, Bitcoin ETFs saw the largest inflow since May 3, with $303 million pouring in.
- #Fidelity $FBTC led with $131.3 million,
- #Bitwise $BITB followed with $86.3 million
- #Grayscale $GBTC recorded a rare inflow of $27 million.
In total, 4,600 $BTC were accumulated, surpassing ten times the daily mining reward.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Donald Trump says he's "fine with" crypto and makes fun of Joe Biden for not knowing what it is.
"If you're in favor of crypto, you better vote for Trump."
SEC Chair @GaryGensler: "Crypto is a small piece of our overall markets. But it's an outsize piece of the scams and frauds and problems in our markets."
UPDATE This is interesting. @Grayscale just withdrew their 19b-4 filing for an #Ethereum futures ETF. This was essentially a trojan horse filing in my view, in order to create the same circumstances that allowed Grayscale to win the $GBTC lawsuit (approve futures deny spot)
What a legend!😱
