🤔 Why don’t our congress people make a salary = to the average or even perhaps the top quartile of the constituents they serve? Also allow them access to the same, great healthcare (ending when they terminate employment) without the advantage of illegal stock investments?

That way, perhaps they would be motivated to help the people who put them in leadership.

The raises would be automatic and aligned with their people so they wouldn’t have to deal with those dreadful pay-raise votes where oddly enough, both sides reach overwhelming bipartisan agreement.
