I am so glad I am out of the lesson business! I’ve been doing baseball/softball lessons since I was 16 years old. I do not miss it one bit.
I am super excited about my app. Seeing college coaches evaluate players. It’s so interesting I am opening my app up to HS/instructors

It's fall season! It's crazy how many fall teams there are. Most of the fall teams don't have college coaches watching them.

2B is the mystery position!
You have a tryout at any level and tell every player to choose a position. 2B is the least-pick position. I tell every HS athlete who tryouts for HS Ball to put down 2B. We work on double plays from SS to 2B in lessons
So important to understand
This is exactly me in HS. I was very mature for my age. It was me who didn't apply myself. Why? I was at the local indoor facility learning everything I could about baseball from 5 pm to 10 pm. I helped in a lesson, threw BP, caught bullpens, etc. I loved the ⚾
I saw a kid post that he was #uncommited today on my feed. 2.1 GPA and a 78-80 mph fastball class of 24.
These kids think college is little league, you just sign up..
I covered his name, I’m not trying to embarrass him, but whoever is telling him these numbers are enough to be recruited should be embarrassed. He should be told this
Take a Gap year or go to a post grad, get those grades up, work on your body, add flexibility, get leaner, get into a throwing program, mid 80s to give yourself a chance.
Coaches, give kids realistic views of what it takes to make it to the next level.

New recruiting model for budget conscious universities: instead of watching in person, we have to watch videos of players and then call their high school and travel ball coaches for evaluations on “makeup” - So thankful for coaches that tell u the truth
I just was informed by the great @nlbmprez that i will be going into the @NLBMuseumKC hall of fame. I’m incredibly honored and thankful and looking forward 🙏🏿
