hi friends. i can only apologize again for the delays with all the GA shipping lately. between work, family things, and prep for my brother's wedding, i've had very little time for myself. cutting to the chase: i've had quite a few parcels returned to me from multiple countries (11 so far😭). i couldn't figure out what was going on and the post office also didn't know why my shipments would eventually get flagged as undeliverable, even though everything seemed fine.

turns out the issue was with the company i used to print out shipping labels. essentially the barcodes it was printing was faulty so they've reset my account, changed my printer, and assured me that i shouldn't have any issues moving forward.

so now i'm on a mission to re-ship everything and will be trying to drop off at least a couple of boxes every day. i will also double check all other shipments that should've been delivered months ago. unfortunately when things get marked as undeliverable, it can take months before the parcel actually gets returned to me so i don't immediately find out when there are shipping issues.

i will try to update you all on my progress more often. i know there are a lot of GA winners i still have to announce but i want to ensure prizes are actually getting delivered before i add more shipments to the line.

apparently this has something to do with the new t@riff situation & an assumption by the post office that the GA prizes were merch for sale🙄 trying to see if they'll let me re-ship everything without paying for it all over again SIIIGHHHHH
