I wonder what Rosé and her team think when they scroll through X and see her Chinese fans hurling abuse and expressing disappointment. 70% of her album sales come from China haaha
A lot of fans have been frustrated with Rosé’s social media management for quite a while now, and I genuinely think those feelings are valid. The recent situation is only one part of a much bigger problem.
There have been so many repeated issues that it no longer feels like one late post, one missed opportunity, or one mistake. It feels like there is a bigger problem with how Rosé’s social media presence is being managed overall.
I completely understand that Rosé is extremely busy. She is writing, recording, attending events, working on brands, and living her own life. And honestly, fans have already learned to accept that when Rosé is focused on work, she tends to disappear for a while.
That is okay.
But that is exactly why she has a team.
Rosé should be able to focus on her work without having to worry about managing her online presence. That responsibility should be handled by the professionals around her.
And this is where I think the bigger problem becomes clear.
This is not simply a content problem. It is a strategy problem.
A professional social media team should be planning ahead instead of simply waiting for content to become available.
If Rosé is busy working privately, the team should have enough content and ideas prepared to maintain her presence without requiring her to be constantly active.
The team should be anticipating these periods, capturing the right moments, preparing content in advance, and understanding when and how to release it.
The goal is not to constantly put Rosé online. It is to make sure her presence does not disappear simply because she is busy working.
Social media also moves extremely fast. When something important happens in Rosé’s career, the opportunity to create conversation around it can disappear quickly.
There have been times when brands or other accounts have already shared collaborations and important moments, while Rosé’s own account only becomes involved much later. By then, the first wave of attention has already passed.
These things may seem small individually, but when they happen repeatedly, they become part of a bigger problem.
There needs to be consistent attention to timing, momentum, audience engagement, and what is being built between projects.
When there are long periods of silence, very little organic content, limited fan engagement, and no clear sense of what is coming next, people naturally become less connected.
Fans who once checked every update may slowly stop checking. People who used to actively promote and talk about Rosé may become less active.
And once people stop paying attention to an artist, it becomes much harder to expect them to suddenly return when the next song or album comes out.
This is why I genuinely believe it is time to consider bringing in a new social media team with stronger experience in content strategy, social media management, artist branding, content creation, and audience engagement.
Not because Rosé needs to post more because the team needs to work smarter.
We need people who understand how to build a long-term digital presence around an artist, turn existing access into meaningful content, maintain momentum between releases, create anticipation, and give audiences a reason to stay interested beyond simply waiting for the next song.
Most importantly, good personal branding should amplify Rosé’s identity, not change it.
Fans are not asking Rosé to change who she is.
We are not asking her to change her personality, her fashion, her makeup, her music, her personal preferences, or the way she wants to work.
We are not asking her to be online every day or personally manage every account.
We are asking for better management around her.
if brand promos matter for Rosé, at least provide the right conditions lowest emv all accounts shadowbanned barely any likes or attention pls consider replacing joan with a pro team
@numberoneHQ@GeeeeRouz@THEBLACKLABEL@AtlanticRecords

@EchoRosee if you mess up your work at a job, do you think your boss will treat you nicely? not to mention the boss—your coworkers will trash-talk you viciously behind your back for dragging the whole team down.
@EchoRosee if this were anyone other than Joan, people would drag them relentlessly without mercy. everyone’s only going easy on her just because she’s Rosé’s friend. why should fans keep being lenient toward her when she can’t even do her job well?
@EchoRosee whether she’s seen these issues or not, we have every right to voice our complaints. we’ll keep bringing this up until something gets fixed. Joan failed at her core job and deserves criticism, I don’t get why you’re defending her.
