Going to go out on a limb here and wager that we’ll get a Netflix documentary on WeWork at some point in the future. Just too much of a dumpster fire to not be interesting.

@KrauseArik I could be very wrong but here’s my attempt at explaining it using what I know. They use materials that basically do not absorb heat, just kinda reflect it. The heat does not actually build up at all, it doesn’t “stick” . It’s like little pockets of vacuum that can’t have a temp

[Ben Burgher @bburg321]

@Footballguys Close but slight downgrade

[Ben Burgher @bburg321]

After 11 hard years looks like we are going to shut down our family business due to a 400% rent increase and outrageous lease stipulations. Sucks when you do it all right and grow it 33% YoY just to get a big middle finger.

[Ben Burgher @bburg321]

@Gigabeef Probably because it always defaults to exclude barters now

Guys gettin rowdy in a $900 varsity jacket. That’s financial security

[Dov Kleiman @NFL_DovKleiman]

During the #49ers-#Giants game, fans from both teams got into it in an awful fight, leaving one Giants fan bleeding, via @TMZ_Sports

A lot of this is because they serve alcohol in games, but that won't end, how else can we stop this from happening?

@TheOnlyJDP He literally said he doesn’t want an NFL job. Stop hurting my keeper value and tell him to run more

Yes compare a $499 console to a computer where just the CPU MSRP’d for $599 at launch, likely paired with a $800 GPU

[THE RED DRAGON @TheRedDragon]

Starfield is FULL of loading screens every few minutes.

Xbox Series X clocks in at nearly 40 seconds waiting for some of these loads.

PC clocks in at aprox 10 seconds.

Xbox cheaped out on hardware components unlike PS5

@Ryaan_TV @MoneyJrod @finance_hipster 8% rolling average vs 5% current spike. HYSA for emergency fund, house fund, etc where you need to withdraw in the near future and don’t want short term fluctuation

[Ben Burgher @bburg321]
