Today, I voted NO on Hochul's revenue budget bill that failed to sufficiently tax the rich or protect New Yorkers from federal cuts.

At a recent board meeting, @NYPAenergy CFO said last year's state investment of $200m is allowing them to leverage up their borrowing capacity to get a lot more than they'd initially anticipated.
