In all, the best words for me were: You can be whoever you want to be and we should be unapologetic about our rest (as somebody that likes resting normally 😅).

2 sessions so far at the ITR 2024 COHORTS and I am so charged to become the best I can.
The first session was it for me, Dr. Afrah really blew my mind and the support from her family had me screaming God when. I just told myself that is the standard, nothing less than that😅
