Asian American culture is primarily based around consumption, and the little cultural output this group has produced unfortunately lacks aura and universal appeal.
Films: Cringelords like Ken Jeong, Simu Liu, Awkwafina who lack the talent and looks to make it in Asia are given roles in Hollywood to fill DEI quotas (or to straight up make Asians look bad). Anime is popular but itโs made in Japan, and Asian Americans only watch, not create.
Music: Asians Americans love EDM and festivals, but as listeners and attendees, not producers. The producers are overwhelming European or white Americans.
Politics: Nearly no presence/representation. The few that are there, Ted Lieu and Andrew Yang, are whitewashed lolcows.
Books: Some stories here and there, mostly focused on immigration. Theyโre nice but ultimately donโt make much of a splash.
Games: League of Legends is made by white Americans. Pokemon is Japanese. Outside of some indie games, games played by Asian Americans are made by other groups.
Most Asian Americans do not have mastery over the stories and histories of their root cultures, and thus lack the ability to combine that with their broader American culture familiarity to create something new and compelling. Since there is little unique about this group, it will be absorbed eventually, as @okthenfuture said.
๐จ This is pure evilโฆ
Houston restaurant owner Matthew Mitchell shot and killed his wife and two young children (ages 8 and 4) before killing himself.
His wifeโs parents say he planned it for days. Ring cameras caught him saying โI gotta kill everybodyโ while drowning in money problems and alleged fraud. They also claim he hid $1.4 million with his motherโs help before the murders.
An entire family wiped out so he wouldnโt have to face the consequences.
How many more of these โsuccessfulโ men destroy everyone around them when the money runs out?

Itโs actually gross the amount of money China spends on things like unlimited clean energy for its citizens when it could be sending that money to Israel instead.
