CLAY COUNTY – RAPE OF CHILD CHARGED
On Monday, August 31, 2020, Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for DERRICK TRAMEL charging him with the offense of Rape of a Child (victim age 10). TRAMEL was arrested on August 31, 2020 in Clay County by DA Inv. & Clay Co. deputies.
I had a great time having a video meeting with the Criminal Justice class at Stone Memorial High School on Friday morning. We spent about an hour talking. I was impressed with the questions and comments posed by the students. Thanks to the students & Teacher Ms. Kylee Johnson.
TYLER SCOTT MUMMERT, age 24, of Baxter TN was arrested Friday for Rape of a Child, a class A felony. Evidence indicates he penetrated a three (3) year old female. Officers with the DAs office, Cookeville Police & Putnam Co. Sheriffs office worked on the case.
