MasterCard steals 2% of a significant number of worldwide transactions. MasterCard funds Libra. MasterCard funds Bitcoin Core. MasterCard controls the crypto narrative. Why tf should we be slaves for MasterCard when we can simply #MakeBitcoinCashAgain ?
@YokooAkane Thank you to the supporters of peer to peer cash who put their money where their mouth is. You know who you are! BCH Coffee is just a simple way to get new businesses to give BCH a chance. #MakeBitcoinCashAgain
Congratulations to WorldStar Cafe and @YokooAkane in Tokyo, Japan for receiving the World Reward and Regional Asia reward (0.352 BCH Total!) Will you be next? https://t.co/WMGsvZ8Ngz https://t.co/WGTeAFDHtR #MakeBitcoinCashAgain
Easy: The lack of an identifiable central authority leaves open the ability of malicious actors to freely manipulate the narrative and thus the codebase. Fake news is Bitcoin's biggest vulnerability.
Reinforces the no-BS reality that we've advised customers about in the past:
"Consortium #blockchain" is not a magic solution to a problem as old as humanity itself: Getting people in a group to agree on rules for governing the group, and how to change those rules over time.
@MrMichaelNye So the solution is to keep society enslaved to bankers? Got it thx. Btw there is something called a seed. If your friends can't remember 12 words that have the power to free them from bank slavery then we really shouldn't make world decisions based on your friends' incompetence.
@cryptacritic @PeterRizun Because BU is apparently pro-BSV, which is anti-BCH. So if your coin is so good why don't you go use it instead of making it your mission to hurt BCH? Tsk tsk.
Today Bitcoin Cash makes it possible for people to pay each other without any middlemen stealing a cut. One has to wonder why we still let them to that. #nobanksnothanks
What would have happened to Facebook if they had decided "We should charge users for accounts, because it makes our accounts appear valuable"? My guess is that we'd have a lot more Google Plus users!
"IMO it's a marketing thing. It's hard to get people to buy into a system if the network is technically incapable of supporting high transaction rates." -J. Garzik, 2010
@cgcardona Let's also remember that freedom would never be an issue if the world had unlimited resources, if one person's will never conflicted with that of another. That's not the boat we're rowing unfortunately and right now p2p permissionless cash is the #1 most important thing!
