@Stansteadhotel first visit to standstead airport in two years and its not a good! very long queues then pushed through numerous shops to get to an over crowded area with to few wooden seats not a good customer experience

@ThomasCookUK I have just experienced the worst service from Thomas cook. Booked a package holiday to turkey to be told that as we had not print off boarding passes we would be on stand by and may not get the flight. Solution charge me me premium seat £118 extra shame on you!

How poor is Thomas Cook ? Well they over book their aircraft and if you do not print a board pass before hand you will not get on ! So solution charge for premium seat £118 extra complete rip off...
