@by_Kernow Why have I just seen the U1 bus coming from the Newquay direction rolling into Truro when you say it was cancelled? I could have been home by now if I didn’t listen to your incorrect information. I have work 1 of my 3 night shifts and sleep is very precious to me!

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow You do but it’s all of the time the same service doesn’t run. If it was just a couple of times it would be forgiven but it’s not.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow The amount of times this service doesn’t run you’d save time just telling us when it is running, which is rare!

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow The 8:20 from Nq to Truro not running AGAIN, please provide a better service it’s every day.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow Yes I’m on the bus just after I sent the message, thank you

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow is the U1 bus from Newquay to Truro running or have you cancelled it AGAIN?

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow I was sat here at 9:40 because I got the U1A bus which got me home super late so your investigation is wrong, maybe you mean 10:35?

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow I work nights I mean

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow Where’s the 9:35 91 bus from Newquay bus station to Truro then? Or can’t you be asked to run that one too? I don’t work nights I rely on your service.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow I thought that running a bus route might properly and on time might be a bit hard for you, 3 consecutive days you have managed.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow I’ll just have to sit on this 85 bus for one hour and a half after a nights shift, please for the sake of my sanity provide a better bus service.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow is the U1 8:20 bus from Newquay to Truro coming or is it cancelled AGAIN?

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow Newquay

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow It never runs.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow where is the 8:16 bus from Scorrier to Truro? I’ve just completed a 12 hour night shift and I’m freezing🥶

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow has the 8:20 U1 bus from Newquay to Truro evaporated because is has yet again not turned up!!!

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow Where’s the U1 8:20 Newquay to Truro bus?

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow Not so good if you need to be somewhere on time though.

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow are T1 or T2 buses running today I’ve been stood here for 30 minutes. I need to get to work. Bloody poor service!!!

[claire broughton @bclaire99]

@by_Kernow Try 35 minutes, I’ve been stood here for an hour! I have to get to work on time 😡😡😡
