Right before I wrote WAEC I learnt digital marketing online from my old Fujitsu laptop then, learnt Getresponse, Mailchimp and Co, I was doing all these because I desperately wanted to not suffer in uni knowing the family I was coming from, I also learnt..

I thought it can only be fintech so I took a bold step to pivot into this and that’s why I’m here.

But I have invested a lot into learning programming, I was not willing to just let go then I made an extensive research on how I can leverage both skills and I found out there was actually a way to do that. #Martech to think I didn’t know a shit about this

Well. I eventually started learning programming, poured in all I make through marketing and sales into pursuing a tech career while I neglected Marketing and sales but over the years, I realized something, I was chasing the wrong dream, wasting time.

In as much as I love tech there was something I loved more and was crazy about which is Sales,Business and Marketing. But I felt I couldn’t build a career in it without having enough money and I views Programming as the oil money 😂😂😂

Graphic Design. The plan was to get into school, do some freelance jobs while I school and when I can afford to I enroll into any Tech school to fulfill my dream of being a software engineer 😂😂

Breaking: Report reaching me has it that a Kaduna high court has sentenced Victor Solomon popularly known as Zidane to death by hanging for murder.

Zidane was arrested by the Elrufai led government in 2018 for defending his Adara community against Fulani terrorists attacks.

He was charged for murder in two different state high courts which one of the courts acquitted him of the charge while the other now condemned him to death.

Why should same charges be filed in two different state high courts?

This is another case of self defense getting the death sentence in Nigeria.

In October 2025, I visited Zidane in Kaduna prison where he assured me that since one court had acquitted him of the same charge, the other will do the same. Zidane was wrong, he believed too much in the compromised judiciary where judges dish out sentences based on the accused faiths.

Reforming Nigeria’s Tax System Requires Trust and Transparency

Recent reports concerning a tax cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Nigeria and France have generated understandable public concern. While international collaboration is not inherently objectionable, agreements relating to tax administration, revenue systems, and data management demand a high level of openness because of their direct impact on public trust.

It is therefore worrisome that an agreement of this significance appears to have been concluded without the full terms being made public, and without a clear effort to explain its objectives, scope, and expected outcomes to Nigerians. Transparency is essential in matters that directly affect public revenue and institutional credibility.

That said, I am not opposed to engaging foreign expertise. However, such engagements must be clearly justified, with a transparent explanation of the specific gaps they are intended to fill, why those gaps cannot be addressed locally, and, above all, the concrete benefits to Nigerians.

This is especially important because Nigeria is not lacking in tax expertise. The country has a strong pool of qualified tax professionals, advisory firms, and globally recognised consultancies already operating locally, with the capacity to support tax reform and modernisation. In light of this, it is reasonable for Nigerians to question why external partnerships are made a priority instead of strengthening and leveraging existing local capacity. Sustainable reform should build institutions from within.

These concerns arise at a time of significant economic strain. Over 60 per cent of Nigerians live in multidimensional poverty. Youth unemployment remains widespread. Small and medium-scale enterprises are burdened by multiple taxes, while government borrowing continues to rise without commensurate gains in productivity. In such circumstances, policy attention should focus on simplifying the tax system, closing revenue leakages, broadening the tax base fairly, and ensuring prudent use of public resources.

Any agreement or policy initiative that lacks transparency, public confidence, and clearly defined, measurable benefits risks further eroding trust in government. It is therefore imperative that the Federal Government publishes the full MoU, clearly explains its rationale, and outlines the mutual benefits - particularly the tangible advantages Nigeria stands to gain.

Leadership demands openness, accountability, and commitment to the interests of the Nigerian people. Decisions of this nature must always be guided by what best serves the nation.

Leadership begins at home. It’s not in the Senate chamber. It’s in how you carry yourself as a husband and father. You have chosen to lecture the world instead of listening to the silence of your own failures. That’s not strength. It’s insecurity dressed in ego.

The truth is simple: men of character protect what they love, even when it’s hard. They don’t weaponize vulnerability or pain for public sympathy. You have lost the plot, Ned, not because Regina has stumbled, but because you forgot that dignity is not a debate. It’s a discipline.

It’s time to act like the man your title suggests. Step back from the noise, fix what is broken quietly, and remember, the internet never forgets, but a man of honour always forgives.
