@Barry_biffle@FlyFrontier I'm beyond frustrated with this company's incompetence! Blaming Microsoft software is a weak excuse for treating customers like trash. If they actually cared about their business and sustainable practices, they'd do everything to put clients at ease.
Thanks @jonpardi for spending 1,535 minutes with me in 2022. I couldn’t stop listening to Last Night Lonely. #SpotifyWrapped https://t.co/VyCvoDADJ6 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@Chalupacabra_13@TaylorWAnderson @Frances1sm3 You’re right. It does benefit me, but that doesn’t mean I’m just trying to turn and burn deals. I’d much rather build a relationship with my clients than just collect a check. I agree the prices are high, yet people are paying. Might as well get in now before you can’t at all.
Besides some crypto… but the volatility there is wild. Like Real Estate, Crypto purchased 3 years ago was the move. 3 year gain in Real estate 63.7% VS. crypto 297.3%. 🤯
.
You can’t time the market. Get in now or forever hold your peace.

@Chalupacabra_13@TaylorWAnderson @Frances1sm3 In, home purchases need to be viewed as stepping stones. Like anything jobs, cars, etc. you’re never going to start at the top. My job as a consultant is to look at things in an analytical aspect in order to help you buy that million dollar home a few years down the road.
@Chalupacabra_13@TaylorWAnderson @Frances1sm3 1. Real estate is all about location. You’re going to pay a premium anywhere in the world for a desired area. There’s a common thought pattern with a lot of home buyers which is you expect your first home to be your dream home. While yes, I agree you should love the home you’re
@TaylorWAnderson @Frances1sm3 What’s fair market value? That’s relative. What’s fair to someone may not be fair to someone else. I have to look at things analytically not emotionally like most homebuyers. Short answer - Fair market is based on what a buyer is willing to pay and what a seller will sell for.
