12th day without virgin media internet. Had three "fixed by" times sent yesterday - all failed. Today's time is 12.00pm. Fault ref F010447776 - must be a massive problem.

@virginmedia As far as I know, there are three, still open work orders under fault ref. F010447776. The current fix time is 12.00 noon today. So I guess it's the same area fault as it has been for the last 13 days!

@virginmedia The CEO is safe! The internet was restored this evening! Would really like to know what the fault was - 12 days is a long fix and I've spent £20 topping up data on my mobile!Fingers crossed it stays on!

@virginmedia Of course fix time is extended if it isn't fixed! but eleven days running!!! You don't know what and where the problem is nor how much time is spent trying to fix it. We are both ill informed. Time to talk to the CEO.
