Y7 Students have been given a contact card today to give to their parents. This has the contact details of their form tutor on and will explain the best way for parents to get in touch should they need to.
What a pleasure to welcome Y7 into school today. They should come home with a much better understanding of our expectations and how we organise things. Lots of smiling faces in lessons. Looking forward to seeing them again on Monday.
@Sally80795244 Advice regarding masks has been sent home today in a letter. Masks are not a requirement for students to wear, but they may do so if they wish.
On transition day Y7's will be having lunch in the hall, they can either bring a packed lunch or money to buy food from the school canteen. (no more than ยฃ5 in an envelope, with the student's name on it.)
We are very much looking forward to welcoming our new year 7's on Friday! Please use the Storrs Road entrance between 8.15 and 8.30. Students should be in full school uniform and bring their equipment with them. If there are any last-minute questions please drop us an email.
This is a great resource for Y6 students making the move up to secondary school. Parents will need to register so that they can see the videos. ๐
