@seanmdav @SouthwestAir Well said! Passengers paying premiums and having to wait to deplane because their bags are 5 rows back is ridiculous! Also paying extra premium for a last minute fair and getting stuck with a middle seat is terrible. This same fare would be first class on other airlines.
