@CouchRacerShop 200-400 a year depending on features. Include live SMT and in car audio and individually selectable channels for each driver with all the above audio and data and I’d be on the upper end of that scale
@dennyhamlin in regard to wet weather on iracing, I’ve driven the Nurburgring in the rain in Germany in a BMW track prepped car, and I’ve run it in iracing and it is very comparable. Braking off line, running across the dry line and working the
Non-rubbered wet line through the turn is the way to go and how it was run in real conditions. I ran the Ring with an instructor who has thousands of laps around the place and I still use what he taught me in the game too. Not sure how applicable it is to a temporary course
@SpotterBrett this level of data usage would, in my opinion, play a small role in elevating and growing the sport. Today’s world is so heavily data driven and it’s a crucial part of modern Motorsports. The data exists, so let’s use it. I googled and found the Team Analytics
@SpotterBrett So glad you guys understood my point on SMT/Telemetry on this week’s podcast. I took this screenshot a couple years ago from a Martinsville broadcast. The discussion was centered around brake application and timing and was exactly what I was trying to get at.
