@RoyInProgress Pretty accurate! I wish there was a way to filter it all out easier, but hey, maybe that's a tool to create. Almost like an X-filter or something that, if posts look 100% AI-generated, hides them from my feed.
@stefabrudan A full website audit tool that can be used by people that are not in the industry, and they will actually understand what it's trying to tell them and give them actionable steps on how to fix things based on what it finds.
@16vchq Today? 100,000 highly engaged followers. You can build so much with the tools around us for so little nowadays. Having the output ability is worth more than two million in funding.
@Bhavani_00007 $100 in each please. Each has a different perspective as they're building, and I use them to refine each other's work and build a more bulletproof platform.
Dumbs down where your website is lacking and tells you how to fix it in a way that anybody could understand.
Tools that do that right now only works if you speak the lingo. No small business owner or the likes would be able to read an SEMrush / Lighthouse audit and know what to do next.
I think it is to a certain degree. If you don't know what you're talking about or what you're doing, you won't know how to utilize AI effectively, and for all you know, you're going to output slop. However, knowing what you're doing and what to look for, you can use your tools more effectively and produce some decent results.
I don't know if I'd call it an unfair advantage. I know that being human, you're not going to pump out as much content as quickly, but you're going to start standing out a lot more easily.
Although I was seeing stuff yesterday about how AI is starting to misspell a few words here or there, having random capitalizations so that it looks more human.
That's one way to look at it, and I already do that. I've been doing that for about five plus years now.
The thing is, I was able to learn as a junior before the whole AI movement. I was able to be more self-sufficient and sustaining from the get-go and able to work for myself because I had that value to offer.
@nihiofkdi@briandecoded Yeah, that's definitely sounding like where a lot of things are headed. Unfortunately, not the biggest fan of it.
There's something about working through a problem with another person that's hard to match when all you're doing is talking to AI.
