I recently used @USPS to overnight important paperwork to a VA Office. I paid around $30 for guaranteed “next day” delivery. I anticipated they’d screw it up and of course they did. Instead of next day - it was confirmed delivered 3 days later.

USPS owes me a refund. They informed me it was my right if they missed their SLAs.

Today, I went to my local USPS office for the refund. After waiting in line for 25-min, they confirmed the deadline was missed and I was owed ~$30k.
