Scrum penalty, Bulldogs decide to repack.
Brown stands upright without attempting to pack into the scrum, right in front of the referee, who allows the ball to be fed whilst Brown stands upright the whole time. No penalty and subsequent sin bin.
Bulldogs get a set restart for manly inside the 10, then another in the same tackle for slowing the ruck and then dogs drop it the next play and Manly get the ball inside our half.
The sooner this set restart rule is scrapped the better.
5 missed out of 7 attempted tackles form a fullback in a game of rugby league is self sabotage. The sooner he is dropped the better. One of our worst on field week after week.
How can the bunker clearly see the incident and still deem it inconclusive? There's no way Melbourne should retain a challenge there! #NRLStormRoosters
@SnoogThe It's a bad look for the game, but I have no issues with Ivan's decision.
As a dog's fan it makes our job easier obviously and if we win we do the same the week after.
@centralNRL Very dangerous precedent to set for an offence deemed to only warrant a fine.
I'd imagine footage will emerge from this coming weekend's fixtures showing missed incidents and demand action similar to this.
@lynchys Dogs were penalised for it earlier this season with a minute to go against the Cowboys.
They dropped the ball 10 out from their line and received a penalty for Curran doing the same.
Burton tackled late, with whiplash, play on.
Munster tackled as late, no whiplash, penalty Melbourne...
I don't care if it's penalised or not but how are there two different outcomes within one minute of each incident.
