Stop!!! Tirulah SUNNAH NABI Ini, Kalau Kamu Ingin Sehat
1. Tidak makan malam
sebab Nabi tidur lebih awal (setelah Isya), kecuali jika ada urusan penting sekali.
2. Bangun awal di akhir sepertiga malam, mandi sebelum Subuh.
3. Cara Nabi Menjaga Perut
1/3 makan, 1/3 minum, 1/3 dikosongkan. Nabi tidak pernah makan sampai kenyang (berhenti makan ketika masih terasa nikmat).
4. Perbanyak puasa sunnah. Menjaga kesehatan tubuh adalah salah satu amanah dari Allah, agar mudah beribadah kepada-Nya.

In the summer of 1187, Saladin did not simply defeat the army of the Kingdom of Jerusalem. He destroyed it. And he did it before the serious fighting had even begun. The trap was set with characteristic patience. When Saladin moved against the city of Tiberias, he was not primarily interested in Tiberias.
He was interested in what the Christian army would do next. He knew that Raymond of Tripoli, whose wife was inside the city, would argue for restraint. He also knew that others at the war council would not listen. Pride, obligation, and the politics of the Crusader nobility would do the rest.
They marched.
The decision to leave the well-watered position near Saffuriyya and advance toward Tiberias condemned the army to a slow death before a battle was even joined. The route ran across open, arid land in the full heat of a Palestinian July. Saladin's cavalry shadowed every mile of the march, launching arrows, retreating, and returning.
There was no rest and no relief. Men began to suffer from thirst before the first day's march was done.
By nightfall on the third of July, the army had failed to reach water. They were forced to camp on the dry plateau, surrounded by the enemy, with nothing to drink. The knights, the infantry, the military orders who were the finest fighting force the Crusader world could field, spent the night in desperate misery. Some attempted to break out toward the lake and were cut down.
At dawn, the Muslim forces set fire to the dry grass. Smoke rolled across the plateau and into the faces of men who were already half-broken by heat and thirst. The flames did not need to kill anyone. They simply needed to add one more layer of torment to soldiers who were already reaching the limits of human endurance.
The Crusader army made one last effort to fight its way forward. The infantry began to collapse, breaking formation and stumbling toward the twin peaks known as the Horns of Hattin. The cavalry charged again and again, but without the infantry to anchor them there was nothing to achieve. Saladin's forces were fresh, supplied, and fighting on ground of their own choosing.
The True Cross, carried into battle as a rallying point and a symbol of divine protection, fell with the rest. Guy of Lusignan, the king of Jerusalem, was taken prisoner. The Templars and Hospitallers who survived the fighting were executed on Saladin's orders, one by one, because he understood that ransom would simply return them to the battlefield.
Within months, Jerusalem had fallen.
Hattin was not a battle that Saladin won with superior numbers or extraordinary courage, though he had both. He won it by understanding that an army can be made to defeat itself. Take away its water. Take away its sleep. Take away its hope. The swords at the end were almost a formality.
What makes Hattin worth remembering, nearly nine centuries later, is the cold precision of it. The Crusaders walked into a desert with an enemy on all sides and no way out, and they did it because Saladin knew exactly which levers to pull.
He never gave them a chance...

Alexander Solzhenitsyn gave the most controversial speech *against* Western Civilization at Harvard in 1978.
As a survivor of the Russian Gulags, they expected him to praise the West. Instead, he made a jarring accusation:
The West is a dying civilization. If it doesn't change its ways, it is doomed to collapse.
In fact, he said this has been the case for 500 years, when the West made a crucial mistake:
"How did the West decline from its triumphal march to its present debility?
...the mistake must be at the root, at the very foundation of thought in modern times. I refer to the prevailing Western view of the world which was born in the Renaissance…
I refer to humanism — the proclaimed autonomy of man from any higher force above him."
Solzhenitsyn said humanism made man autonomous from God, Truth, and objective morality.
If all morality is subjective, then man has nothing to live nor die for. Naturally, he loses his courage, embraces materialism, and grows effeminate to modern evils.
So, what is the solution?
A return to belief in a transcendental morality under God:
"If, as claimed by humanism, man were born only to be happy, he would not be born to die. Since his body is doomed to death, his task on earth evidently must be more spiritual…
The fulfillment of a permanent, earnest duty so that one’s life journey may become above all an experience of moral growth: to leave life a better human being than one started it."
All cultures live, or die, based on their respect of the True, Good, and Beautiful.
To save the West, Solzhenitsyn says start with beautifying your soul, for that is both how you live well, and begin to make civilization itself beautiful again.

In early spring of 1886, when he was nearing sixty, Tolstoy decided to walk from his Moscow home to his ancestral estate, Yasnaya Polyana, outside of Tula, a distance of more than two hundred kilometers.
"I am walking, mainly, to recuperate from the luxuries of life and perhaps to take part a bit the real life," he wrote a friend. He left, without a clear plan, a pack on his back and a couple friends at his side. He spent the nights on the floor of peasant huts, often sleeping with a dozen other travelers. He ate bread and cabbage soup. He gathered material for future stories.
"It was, as I’d assumed it would be, one of the best memories of my life," he wrote his wife upon arriving at Yasnaya Polyana, complaining of "a little tiredness."

Kenapa pohon pisang yg sudah panen harus ditebang?
Banyak yg nanya, "Kenapa pohon pisang gak dibiarkan hidup aja setelah buahnya dipanen? Kan pohonnya masih hijau dan sehat?"
Ternyata, membiarkan pohon pisang tetap berdiri setelah panen justru bisa merugikan. Ini alasannya:
