@parcelforce hi, you attempted to deliver a parcel PBRC2348853001 to Pellatt Road, but because no one was in, you didn't leave a card and sent the parcel back to the depot and then back to the sender. This is an important present. Can you reorganize delivery please?

@parcelforce Maybe you need to speak to the driver as he didn't even leave a card! We didn't even know it was taken black to the depot until we received an email saying it had been returned to the sender. Where was the redeliver option? This is very poor service.
