Court filings reveal former U.S. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema had sex multiple times with her married bodyguard, Matthew Ammel, while she was serving in the Senate.

The bodyguard's ex-wife, Heather Ammel, is suing Sinema under North Carolina's alienation of affection law for allegedly breaking up her 14-year marriage.

"We were staying at an Airbnb in Napa, California. We were outside. Matt kissed me. We went inside and had sex," Sinema said in her deposition.

Does this U.S. Marshal deserve a raise or a key to the city or both?

A U.S. Marshal punched a handcuffed 17-year-old in the face. A neighbor's Ring camera caught the whole thing.

Kevin Harris was already in cuffs when the marshal hit him. His mother was out of town. She later said hearing her son scream 'Mama, where you at?' on that footage was something she couldn't shake.

Harris was one of four teens accused as accessories in a sh**ting that k*lled 6-year-old Jeison Romero Lopez and a 42-year-old woman. Jeison was struck by a stray bullet while sitting in his mother's car at a gas station.

The DOJ, FBI, and U.S. Attorney's Office opened an investigation into the marshal's conduct. No public charges against the officer have been reported.
