@oelma__ 40% tip? No one should afford to go out to eat at that rate. 20% is generous, and reserved for exceptional service. 15% is standard. Fast food/Fast casual is NOT full service, so expectations should be closer to 5%, if anything. It seems COVID created unrealistic expectations.
