Looking inward......

@makemytripcare What is the status of my concern? We are feeling cheated!

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@makemytripcare Reference No. 24418435765360320 : ON GROUND // NL2131776077944 My old parents are currently staying at a hotel booked through your platform. I specifically requested a 4-star property, but the hotel provided is very average and unhygienic.

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@makemytripcare I didn’t receive any call yet

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@makemytripcare Thank you, Ritu, but my senior citizen parents need to be shifted hotel immediately. They cannot continue staying in the current unhygienic property. Please arrange an immediate relocation at no extra cost and confirm the new hotel details and shifting arrangements urgently.

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

This is completely unacceptable. I want an IMMEDIATE HOTEL CHANGE to a clean, proper 4-star property at no additional cost. My parents should not have to suffer because of your service failure. Please intervene urgently and resolve this now. #MakeMyTrip

@JioCare No resolution yet… now my whole month recharge amount gone.

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@reliancejio I raised a complaint of Jio Fibre 3 days back, but I am surprised to see that despite getting the appointment (when I was at home) no body cared to visit. I would like to know the status

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@JioCare @airtelindia @JioCare I am stunned to see how you take up the issues. Your engineer were supposed to visit today but nobody cared to look at it and now I got the message that my issue is addressed. tell me what should i do?

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@JioCare How can I be patient when I see my issue which I raised on 31st July still pending. I never faced this kind of problem with @airtelindia .

[Babita Bhatt @bdhoundiyalbhat]

@JioCare What is the use of it then? I need it today. There are games going on. Kindly do this ASAP. 8th is the last day of CWG. Plz fix this issue by tomorrow.
