@metsbatflip1 Mendy has been lousy for over a year now and deserved to get fired. But ultimately you fired the chef who was cooking w spoiled ingredients. Atleast that smug ass Stearns is squarely on the hot seat
@NBA_NewYork Wemby is a crazy talent. But he’s got a lot of growing up to do. Hurt his brand this series w his antics with the national anthem and dirty play
@RealDanZak Yes, definitely a smart idea to disrespect the anthem of the country he wants to play and get rich in. Thanks for cracking the case, genius
@RealDanZak Kid not getting good advice from whoever is in his ear. Has done a fair amount of damage to his brand this finals with the anthem shenanigans, the dirty play and the flopping.
@AnthonyDiComo The problem with the Mets for most of last year was they didn’t have a pitcher who could get an out. The top 4 in the offense had great statistical years. The bottom 5 were putrid. So the obvious solution was to bring back the same pitchers and same bottom 5 and change the top 4
@Ben_Yoel Silly take. The Mets backed themselves into this desperate corner because of their this far disastrous offseason. Tucker’s camp knows that and will use the Mets to drive the price up
@skynyrd991@MikeVacc@nypostsports Last year in Aug, the Mets had an historic offensive month.Yet finished 11-19.Why?Cause they didn’t have a SP who could get an out. So far they have added 0 starters. Forget emotions. They let go a prolific righty bat and the best closer in the game. Indefensible off season so far
@ToddyWoddy1330@ishaylaxp Maybe 5 of the 26 players on last years roster played at a championship level. The way to make a failed team better is to fix the other 21 not remove the 2 or 3 great players u already had. Nothing to do w sentimentality
