@UnitedAirlines_ Chaos after cancellation of UA 28 Singapore. 4 1/2hrs on the tarmac before cancellation, no one on hand to help with rebooking, only 5 staff to book hotels for the entire plane. And I still have not received an email confirming a rebooted flight tomorrow. Wow.

@TD_Canada Here's a logic problem. If a customer is overseas without the usual authentication phone/text number, how is authentication possible? The TD authentication app requires, wait for it, first time authentication with the customer's Canadian phone/text number #facepalm
