I am excited to announce that I have accepted to become the Head Football Equipment Manager with @HCUFootball
Thank you @HCUCoachBachtel for this opportunity. I look forward to getting started

@BDPRecruiting Him being on the team didn’t take away from anybody else’s opportunity. Rosters don’t have to be cut until the first game. LSU has the money and resources to house and fund any amount of athletes they want as well.
@CatholicPacman It’s definitely dead end bc the game is named Madden “NFL” so they have to abide by NFL rules and regulations regarding uniforms. That’s why I personally glad the NCAA isn’t in CFB bc it would be the same deal and we wouldn’t have cropped jerseys or short pants.
@HanaLei91 I know. I only mentioned the old costume because the reason why those throwbacks do so well in the pros and other colleges is because it was actually something from the past. Creating something new that isn’t actually from the past doesn’t hit the same. This is just my opinion.
@robinsonandrew@HanaLei91@SickosCommittee@WKUSports That rebrand has been slowly happening over the last 5-6 years. Most sports are used the script Tops and Big Red for their logos as well as the throwback towel and WKU. The towel will always be the primary logo forever because of what it means to WKU athletics.
@CatholicPacman I’m saying it’s both but nobody is mentioning the facemask. They’re only mentioning the helmet. And when they do their 27 mock ups, they aren’t correcting the mask when correct the helmets. That’s all. We are saying the same thing.
As an equipment manager and someone with over 800 hours played on dynasty, the helmet tilt isn’t the issue. It’s the facemask position. It’s sitting too low. The top bars of the face mask should go across the middle to bottom half of front bumper not be directly under.
it’s the fit, more than the face 📝

@CatholicPacman I’m not saying you’re wrong in your assessment. I’ve just seen an over emphasis on the helmet tilt. There definitely can be an adjustment on the tilt. I personally just feel like the mock ups I’ve seen are too aggressive in that area, but that’s my opinion.
Adam clearly caught the ball upright then went to the ground after making the catch. Cooks was making the catch going to the ground. These plays aren’t even close in resemblance.
Adams catches the ball. Immediately goes down. No “football move.” Bears player rips it out. Refs say Adams is down by contact.
How is this different than the Cooks catch last night @NFLOfficiating?
It was Cover 2 Invert with Diggs and the single high safety covering the deep half. Diggs has to bail to defend anything over the top on his half of the field. Soon as Caleb throws the ball, he triggers to make the play. In my opinion, he saved from being bigger play or TD.
Trevon Diggs played one snap in the Wild Card game against the Bears. ONE. SNAP. And honestly, I couldn't even tell you what he's trying to do. I think it's pretty clear what the Packers think of him, despite being desperate for DB help. He is what he was in Dallas. A liability.
WKU being represented well in the College Football Playoff today. Noah Whittington (2020-21) had 13 carries for Oregon in a win and Lucas Carneiro (2023-24) hit the longest FG in Sugar Bowl history tonight.
@Not___KC@OnlyONEGoat Yeah you’re right. If you take away those guys highest passing yards game a from last season, they still throw for 4k. I think the fact that the league has become more pass heavy even prior to the addition game means the elite guys will hit 3900-4k and 30+ TDS
