one is helping. Its been more than two weeks. I just want to cancel an appointment. How long does that take? Ur email is just saying I can not cancel. Why not? Why not let someone use this time that I am telling one month in advance I will not use. @VFSGlobal

@VFSGlobal Why can we not cancel appointments. No one is helping. First there is no appointments when you find one you can not cancel the one you already have to get a new one. Meanwhile agents telling you to pay and all will get fixed. This is encouraging corruption

Does cheetay (the food delivery app) not pay the riders the tip that the app specifically mentions will go directly to the riders after the order is delivered?
The rider that just delivered says he gets no such thing.
