Note: I love this version of the music as well, so I created a second music video.
True Prayer is an audio track from Gary Renard’s Secrets of the Immortal. In his book The Disappearance of the Universe, Arten and Pursah recommend practising the True Prayer meditation twice daily—once in the morning upon waking and again in the evening before going to sleep.
Pursah describes the meditation as imagining yourself taking the hand of Jesus or the Holy Spirit and going to God, placing your problems, goals and idols upon an altar, becoming still and silent, and ultimately joining with God’s Love.
Inspired by this, I created the music video Perfect Oneness in the hope of encouraging more people to discover True Prayer, listen to it, meditate with it, and experience its message for themselves.

You’re not really there. If I think you are guilty or the cause of the problem, and if I made you up, then the imagined guilt and fear must be in me. Since the separation from God never occurred, I forgive “both” of us for what we haven’t really done. Now there is only innocence, and I join with the Holy Spirit in peace.

Arten and Pursah, the ascended masters who appear to Gary Renard in his books, emphasize complete reliance on the Holy Spirit. One powerful way to practice this surrender—whether at the start of each day or before giving a workshop—is to affirm the following passage from A Course in Miracles:
I am here only to be truly helpful.
I am here to represent Him Who sent me.
I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do, because He Who sent me will direct me.
I am content to be wherever He wishes, knowing He goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal.
(ACIM, T-2.V-A.18:2-6)
Indeed. Attention is so important — are we going to pay more attention to right-mindedness, which is the Holy Spirit’s interpretation of the moment, or are we going to waste it on wrong-mindedness, which is the ego’s interpretation of things?

And it pulled me into a rabbit hole that exposed a much bigger truth. 🧵
