As a fan of both Latto and Cardi, I’ve been sitting back watching this whole debacle, and honestly? It left a bad taste in my mouth to the point where I haven't even pressed play on Latto's new project.
​Let’s look at how messy this timeline is. Months ago, that audio leaks of Cardi saying she isn't "p@ssy ass Latto." Fast forward to right before the album rollout: Latto goes on stage, does a performance yelling "p@ssy p@ssy p@ssy," and the blogs instantly think she’s firing back. But then Latto goes straight to the comment section to dead the rumors and play it cool.
​That is exactly where she lost me. If you are actively backtracking on the internet and trying to clear the air before your project drops, why are we still getting a diss track on the final album?
​It makes the whole situation feel completely manufactured. I would have had so much more respect for the record if she just stood on how she really felt and kept that same energy. Backtracking in public but keeping the beef alive on the tracklist just feels like leveraging Cardi's name for algorithmic traction and rollout buzz.

Her name is Anita Grayson. She was a 75-year-old mother and grandmother with a loving spirit who dedicated her life to her faith, children, and family. Grayson entered the Tim Hortons on Ice Way in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to dispute a drive-thru order.

When she went inside, words were exchanged between her and a younger female employee. The argument escalated, and the restaurant’s shift leader, August Horner, intervened.

Horner is seen on video angrily asking Grayson to leave before pushing her. Grayson then responds with a shove, and Horner lunges with her fist cocked back, causing Anita to instinctively swing her arm.

Security footage shows August Horner come from behind the counter, punch the elderly woman, grab her hair, and beat her in the head until they both fall to the ground.

After the fight, Grayson sat at a table, made a call, and subsequently became unresponsive on the floor. She was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

The Fort Wayne Police Department’s account of the incident is inaccurate. August Horner and Tim Hortons are responsible for the death of Anita Grayson.
