Thank you, Charlotte, for being a little source of happiness and motivation in my everyday life. 🐰🤍 Whenever I open my iPad, seeing you makes studying feel a little less tiring and gives me another reason to keep going.
I’ll be looking at this wallpaper every day, studying hard while counting down to the day I finally get to see you come to Malaysia. 🇲🇾🤍 I really hope that day comes soon.
Thank you for being someone who makes even the simplest moments of my day feel a little more special. 🥹🤍 @itscharlotty

And perhaps the most heartbreaking thing is that, when it feels as though no one else understands us, the only people who can truly understand our pain are the ones who have been hurting alongside us. We can only turn to one another, hold each other close, and offer the comfort that we have been desperately hoping to receive from the very people who once gave us so much happiness.
How bittersweet it is, isn’t it? To have once found so much happiness in something together, only to end up comforting one another through the pain of losing what it once meant to us. To have once shared the same hopes, the same excitement, and the same little moments of happiness, only to find ourselves here, trying to make sense of it all together because perhaps no one else ever will.
Maybe we really were just holding on to our own delusional moments all along. Maybe we were the ones who turned those moments into something beautiful, something meaningful, something worth living for. And perhaps that is the cruelest irony of all: even if the meaning we found was never what we thought it was, the happiness it gave us was real. The love we poured into it was real. The memories we made together were real.
And now, all we can do is hold on to those truths, comfort one another, and slowly learn how to let go of something that once meant so much to us.

Engfa said, “Whoever cannot accept and understand can simply leave. If I can’t keep them, I’ll let them go.”
It feels as though we are expected to quietly accept the consequences of her choices and the reactions that follow, without being allowed to express how deeply those choices have affected us. If we speak up, we are seen as people who cannot understand her. If we cannot bring ourselves to leave, we are expected to keep enduring the hurt. And if we eventually walk away, perhaps she will simply see it as another person she could not keep.
But does she understand what that really means to some of us? Some people, including me, had lost their sense of purpose in life before finding their passion for living again through her. Some found happiness, hope, and something to look forward to because of her. And now, to be told so casually that if we cannot accept the situation, we should simply leave? Does she have any idea how deeply hurtful that feels?
Sometimes, fans are not being stubborn, unreasonable, or unwilling to move on. Sometimes, we are struggling to let go because someone we once looked up to, someone who became a source of inspiration and meaning in our lives, has suddenly shattered the image we held onto. Perhaps we just want to hold on a little longer, trying to convince ourselves that everything we believed in, everything we cherished, and all the meaning we found along the way were not all for nothing.
But perhaps we were foolish to expect anyone to understand.
After all, weren’t these the very things her own boss described as “delusional moments” and “acting”? Something so abstract, so difficult to define, something no one could ever definitively prove to be real or otherwise. We held on to moments, words, and feelings, piecing them together into something that meant the world to us. We believed in something that gave us happiness, hope, and a reason to look forward to tomorrow, even when we could never be certain what it truly meant to the people at the centre of it all.
And perhaps that is where we were always going to lose. How could we ever expect others to understand something that was never clearly defined in the first place? How could we ask someone else to understand a belief that even we could never fully prove, when all we had were the moments we witnessed, the feelings we carried, and the hope we chose to hold on to?
Maybe we don’t need to be understood after all. Maybe we were the ones who gave those moments so much meaning, who built so much happiness around something so intangible, and who allowed ourselves to believe that what we felt was something worth holding on to.
Perhaps this is karma catching up with us. Hahaha.
And maybe that is the most painful part of all: we are not just grieving what happened. We are also struggling to understand what everything we once treasured means to us now. We are trying to reconcile the happiness we genuinely felt with the possibility that the things we believed in may never have meant the same to everyone involved. How do you let go of something that once gave you so much, when you don’t even know which parts of it you are supposed to mourn—the memories themselves, the hopes you built around them, or the meaning you thought they held?
If I had to describe 2025–2026 in one sentence, it would be this: it was like a magnificent firework display that never got the chance to illuminate the night sky with its brightest, most beautiful, and most spectacular colours. Before it could fully bloom, a sudden downpour came, and everything was extinguished before our eyes.
And after everything that has happened, there has been no thoughtful consideration, no dignified handling of the situation, and no apology. After all this time, we are still left carrying the hurt ourselves, wondering whether everything we felt, everything we cherished, and everything we went through ever truly mattered to anyone else. So this is what “brave and bold” means to Engfa Waraha? Recklessly posting an ambiguous story and tagging her, without seemingly considering the possible consequences, then admitting to pursuing her after the controversy arises. Wow, how incredibly bold and captivating! Imagine having the courage to admit that you’re pursuing someone despite all the public scrutiny and potential backlash. Truly extraordinary, isn’t it?
Maybe this is what favoritism looks like.
Her own partner has spent years expressing her love and commitment, saying things like, “I will always choose P’Fa” and “She is the only woman I love.” Yet somehow, those words seem to carry so little weight in comparison.
Perhaps what hurts the most is not that someone else dares to pursue her, but that the boldness of one person seems so worthy of admiration, while the years of love, loyalty, and reassurance from the person who has stood beside her seem so easily overlooked.
Funny how every artist suddenly demands privacy once they become famous. Before they made it, they were practically livestreaming every aspect of their lives, even their sleeping routines. But now? “Respect my privacy. Don’t step out the boundary. ” The irony. 🙃

CL: Introvert mode can be switched on and off. Even a light switch can be turned on and off. You can even open and close your heart. So why can’t we control our own moods and choose to retreat and be alone sometimes? Am I right, everyone? Come on, give me a round of applause! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Am I right?
P’Naam: Girl, you’re weird.
CL: 😂
P’Naam: 😂
But what exactly is so bold about issuing a statement and publicly admitting that you are pursuing someone only after the situation has gained attention?
Admitting your intentions after the fact does not automatically make you brave. A statement is a response to a situation, and publicly acknowledging your pursuit is simply an admission of your intentions. Neither, on its own, proves exceptional boldness.
The question is not whether she dared to admit it, but why that admission is being treated as proof of courage in the first place. Speaking up after a situation has already unfolded is not the same as demonstrating courage through the way you handle it from the beginning.
You can acknowledge that someone has the confidence to pursue another person without glorifying every action they take as bold. Being willing to admit what you did does not automatically make the way you did it admirable.

“Honestly, in my life, I’ve never met anyone this bold.”
But is it really boldness, or is it simply recklessness?
There is a difference between being brave enough to pursue someone and acting without considering the consequences of your actions.
1. Timing matters. September 12 was a day so many fans had been looking forward to. Yet, just hours before the main event, something happened that overshadowed what should have been a meaningful occasion.
2. Consideration matters. Whatever the intention may have been, the timing and the impact on others cannot simply be dismissed by calling someone “bold.”
3. Judgment matters. True boldness comes with awareness and responsibility. Having the confidence to act does not automatically make an action admirable, especially when it disregards the circumstances and the people affected.
Boldness is having the courage to act; maturity is knowing when, where, and how to act. Without consideration for others, what is praised as boldness may simply be recklessness🫰🏻
