According to this article, Asunción "Sunny" Cummings Hostin is actually upset with the holdout juror, saying she believed the cannibal defendant was aware of his actions. She was upset w/the juror pushing for a NGBROI verdict.

Both provide evidence to support their theories.

The jury then deliberates on the theories and the evidence. That is the way this works. It is the way it is supposed to work.
