@etihad your company dépend of Varsovie & Montréal convention of flight so you must refund extra expenses when you lost your passenger luggage! Arrived on oct 7 / luggage oct 9 your answer is not acceptable!
@etihad this is not a answer when you received your luggage after 2 days in another country and you ask for claim! Thats the 2nd Time i do mine and this is always thé same everything is not normal !
@etihad hello my luggage was lost when i arrive in maldive and came back to ma after 3 days do you have any mail contact for claim the extra cost ? Had nothing had to buy clothes for during Time to wait. Thanks for your further help
