If I had to do it all over again I’d hire someone for 1 morning and 2 evenings a week (or vice versa depending on your schedule). Took me 3yrs+ to figure out to rent a condo near daycare/school so one of the teachers could be my helper. You’re 18mths in, you’re over the survival phase now time to make it work for you.

My girlfriend was in a similar situation to us but was able to plan for it very early on, not try to adapt. DM me, happy to share what I’d do differently.
