It's not time to be stubborn. Don't cancel the exams. Just postpone the same to October / November 2021.
It's the best decision as of now.

I would strongly ask Shafqat Mehmood and federal government to speak to British Council and Cambridge to postpone Cambridge, O and A levels.

The spread is fast and keeping students in single halls is more dangerous.
