### Application to August 19, 2024:
- **Exact Cazimi Time**: August 19th, 2024, at 01:58 AM UTC (09:58 AM SGT).
- **Influence Start**: The influence of Mercury Cazimi could begin as early as August 18th, 2024, and continue through the day of August 19th, 2024, possibly extending slightly into August 20th, 2024.

### Summary:
- **Cazimi Influence Period**: Generally starts to have influence when Mercury is within 1° of conjunction with the Sun, which typically means the day leading up to and following the exact cazimi moment.
