@IANdrewDiceClay They almost had Bret for the commercial because all he was asking was for $250 as long as they gave him a run as their head sales manager.
What is your Mount Rushmore of Presidents that are on Mount Rushmore? Mine- George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.
@IANdrewDiceClay Did Vince already know he wasn’t signing Ultimate Warrior back up for 5 years and 8 billion dollars or whatever it was? My timeline gets mixed up here because both companies were doing great things.
@IANdrewDiceClay If you’re someone who wrestled in WWE in 2007 or below, and working at Walmart in 2026, you’re way better off than like 90% of the wrestlers you worked with.
@nodqdotcom@aaronrift Good. At least if that happens it’ll make it interesting. I mean I’m fairly certain this is fake news, but I remember in 2006 when Howard Stern had everyone voting for Sanjaya and it was awesome. And the only time I ever sort of cared about American Idol.
@NotThatTomGreen It’s because it’s so rare. Bret emoting in any way in the pro wrestling setting is rare. He’s a genius too because I don’t think he really chooses when based on feeling. He was born knowing he’s the best. He’ll die knowing it too.
Just one corner of my office here at mabletoys. For anyone wondering - yes this is what I do 25/8 for a living. I worked all kinds of jobs in between the time in grade 7, I told my father, God rest his soul, that some day I would be selling wrestling toys for a living. Reality.
getting in a bunch of loose elites, you would think it’s no big deal, but collectors really do pay more for complete stuff. Which hands go to which elite? . How are they going to make Mae Young be a part of the bullet club without the Finn Balor figure hands?
@IamAllElite I really enjoyed his feud with MJF. I think whatever happened behind the scenes helped him realize who he actually is and where he needs to be if he wants to continue as a main player in wrestling. He likely couldn’t hang with the current crop in AEW really.
Underrated WWF event vhs cover/poster. To me it’s in the same territory as the amazing royal Rumble 1991 and 1992 posters, just not as cool for a few reasons. Nothing to do with the art work though.
